Roles & Responsibilities
- ☑️ Monitor and analyze employee performance using KPIs and metrics
- ☑️ Guide managers on feedback delivery and development planning
- ☑️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date performance evaluation records
- ☑️ Prepare performance reports and presentations for leadership
- ☑️ Ensure timely completion of evaluations and feedback cycles
- ☑️ Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews
- ☑️ Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- ☑️ Handle job offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes
Preferred Skills
- ☑️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- ☑️ Experience in performance management and recruitment
- ☑️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ☑️ Proficiency with HRMS and recruitment tools
- ☑️ Excellent organizational and coordination skills
